When you log into your account, this activates your member discount at checkout only, meaning you'll only see reduced prices after adding items to basket.

Check your "Membership Level" in the left-hand panel. If you still cannot see your discounts, then leave us a message.

Due to the nature of our products and services, we cannot offer refunds on orders that have already been processed - that is, it is not possible to reverse the printing or design process once it has begun.

Only if there is a serious quantity discrepancy, can a refund be issued. In such case, leave us a message and our team will do investigate your issue.
