I don't really like my own artwork. How can I get a new design or edit what I have?

You can purchase new artwork here and our team will create custom designs for you. Alternatively, we can make edits to existing artwork here.

Once your order has been placed, use your Order Number to submit your design requirements at artwork.myprintly.uk.

How do I upload my own Artwork?

There is an option to upload your artwork on each product page before adding items to cart.

You may also upload your artwork at checkout.

Please be sure all Artwork abides by our Templates and Guides, which you'll in the product descriptions.

My Coupon Code isn't working

If your code is valid and has not expired, please chat with us on live chat, or leave us a message with the coupon code in question.

I'm logged in - why can't I see my discount?

When you log into your account, this activates your member discount at checkout only, meaning you'll only see reduced prices after adding items to basket.

Check your "Membership Level" in the left-hand panel. If you still cannot see your discounts, then leave us a message.

Can I have a refund?

Due to the nature of our products and services, we cannot offer refunds on orders that have already been processed - that is, it is not possible to reverse the printing or design process once it has begun.

Only if there is a serious quantity discrepancy, can a refund be issued. In such case, leave us a message and our team will do investigate your issue.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We currently only ship to the UK mainland, however we may be able to advise on non-uk delivery depending on the circumstance. Kindly contact us to find out more.
